Meditation for Beginners (Part 2)

The second part can be fully understood if the reader has read the first part with attention and interest. It is always a question for a beginner, why did they decide to meditate, i.e. what is it that got them interested in this priceless spiritual technique?

I can tell you my experience, from my point of view, my perception, which does not mean that it will fit into someone else’s. But sharing experiences on the spiritual path is just another in a series of blessings and accelerations that help each person.

My first meditations, which I encountered in the 90s of the last century, were actually sleep meditations. I slept so soundly during the meditation that the other meditators did not want to wake me. Even others saw me in their meditations (while I was sleeping/meditating) as a crab, at the depth of some sea, carefree, curled up sleeping and enjoying myself.

That was indeed true, because the beginnings of my spiritual development were marked by a very poor functioning of the nervous system. The consequence of this was that during the first meditations, my whole system relaxed so much that I simply fell asleep and regenerated using the well-known method of regeneration called “sleep”.

Over time, I fell in love with the so-called state of meditation, because I felt more and more relaxed, calmer, and my nervous system improved. Of course, it was only when I started following Dr. Ljubiša Stojanović’s seminars that I began to get a much broader picture related to the concept of meditation.

At those seminars, I understood all the advantages and all the pitfalls of meditation that exist and should be noted. There are meditations that are the creation of people and that are the creations of spiritual energies. The first group of meditations can be very stimulating for certain categories of people with good functioning of the nervous system, and very destructive for the second category of people with poor functioning of the nervous system. That is why it is always recommended to use meditations that are a creation of spiritual energies, because they do not have any side effects, unlike human creations that always have some shortcomings and limitations.

To begin with, for the first few months it is best to use the following meditations, as follows:

Find a comfortable place to sit. It is better to sit than to lie down, because in the beginning you will definitely sleep more than meditate. Let it be a comfortable chair, armchair, backrest for you and your back. It is very important that you are alone in that room, without noise, without distractions, with electronic devices turned off, because they are all a big distraction for any meditator.

And then, when you are comfortable in an environment where no one will disturb you for the next half hour, close your eyes and just breathe deeply for 10 minutes. Follow each inhalation and each exhalation. It is recommended that you breathe the way yogis breathe. When inhaling, first the lower part of the stomach is filled with air, then everything else upwards, the chest, then the neck, the brain. With exhalation, it is the other way around, which means that the last exhalation comes from the stomach. 10 minutes is quite enough to be prepared for beginner meditations.

This is where the help of a cell phone in airplane mode would come in handy. Set a timer for 5 minutes for each of the following three meditations. When the 5-minute timer starts, close your eyes and say:

I want my thoughts to be in harmony with the will of the Creator…

You can say this prayer only once, and you can say it throughout the meditation… After 5 minutes the alarm will sound, open your eyes and spend a few minutes thinking about your feeling or experience in meditation. After that, repeat the procedure in an identical way with the following prayer:

I want to be tolerant…

And after 5 minutes and a break, continue with the following prayer in meditation:

I want to be a better and more humane person every day…

These are three short but very powerful meditations that will lead you to the highest spiritual levels in safe ways and steps. It takes time, patience, perseverance and trust in the world of the cosmos. If you do fall asleep, don’t worry about it because it will mean that you need a good nap at that moment.

What will you get from these three short meditations?

First of all, these short meditations begin to connect you with the source, to the spiritual energies, the same ones that created us. If you have carefully read and listened to the entire series of the Alphabet of Spirituality, you will be familiar with the truth about people, about spiritual energies, about the Holy Mission and about the fact that the devil does not exist and that God does not punish. On that side, at least you will be calm that meditation is just a natural way of listening to yourself and the world that surrounds us. Even an image or message that comes to you during meditation is a creation from the cosmos that has nothing to do with beliefs, such as, say, a devil or a demon out there.

The following benefits of these three meditations are that your aura will regenerate over time, which will once again, in a certain period of time, bring all its benefits and healing powers to the physical part of the organism. Over time, you will strengthen the functioning of the nervous system, you will gain a special kind of inner peace, your creativity, spiritual breadth, perception and even intelligence will increase. This is just a small part of the benefits that you will feel after a while.

Try to practice these three meditations for at least 6 months, after which you will receive very precise directions for your further development. From who? You may be addressed by your luminous body, perhaps by some spiritual energy and perhaps by an angel or a fairy. Relax, these are super-intelligent energies of the cosmos that only wish you well. With these meditations, you will remove your fear of the unknown, of the new, and all the illusions you acquired during your physical life in the material world will slowly dissolve.

What is very important is that you do not eat a few hours before meditation, because a full stomach can disturb your relaxation in different ways. It is not out of place to mention that you NEVER, BUT NEVER meditate if you consume alcohol and any stimulants, whether it was pills, drugs or hallucinogenic mushrooms.

This is due to the fact that meditation, instead of serving for regeneration, can cause exactly the opposite effects, from a drastic breakdown of the functioning of the nervous system, which in turn damages other segments in the body through a “domino effect”. All in all, I hope that I have conveyed to you all the most important guidelines for a successful meditation start.

The spiritual energies say: “When a man prays, he is in fact turning to the world of the cosmos, to God, to spiritual energies to help him with some life situation. When a person meditates, they actually listen to everything that the world of the cosmos wants to convey to them. Both prayer and meditation have their purpose, only if the intention is for the benefit of oneself, the living world and the planet. May these words be written and engraved in every aura of every living being on the planet…”

Until the next “blogger” reflection, a big hug.
