Meditation for Beginners (Part 1)

Throughout history, the development of spirituality has been associated with various religions or teachings, so many beliefs, ignorance and misconceptions have been formed. One of them is that only teachings from the mentioned so-called “Holy books” imply correct spirituality, and that all that something new, different, unknown is contrary to some church, God, teaching, morality or values prescribed by a certain religion or teaching.

Among such “marked” forbiden activities or the opposite of teachings was meditation, which was marked as something dangerous, devilish, demonic. Of course, that was far from the truth, that is, from the teachings that were imposed on the broad masses of people, precisely to get them away from the original truth.

Prayer is a way to make a plea to God, the world of the cosmos, higher, invisible forces, angels, spiritual energies, whatever one calls them. Meditation is a way to listen to and receive numerous messages from all the mentioned so-called “forces” from the cosmos in silence and solitude.

If you don’t know the original alphabet of spirituality, you will not know the truth about the origin of man, planet earth, the cosmos, living beings, and therefore you won’t even understand the purpose of meditation. This is very nicely explained on this website under the section “Alphabet of Spirituality”, with the help of Sacred Knowledge that was obtained in deep meditation, and passed on through spiritual energies to highly developed spiritual persons.

How to start and why to meditate?

First of all, meditation knows no divisions on any basis. Anyone can meditate, regardless of gender, race, religion, orientation. Meditation implies self-knowledge down to the deepest and smallest parts of every living being. If one reads, understands and accepts the facts from Sacred Knowledge, through the alphabet of spirituality, that spiritual energies have created all living beings in the cosmos, then it will be easier to understand and accept that they will help every living being, if it asks and requests.

The most common way to help is through meditation, with closed eyes, in silence and solitude, when the person is prepared to receive information. However, there are also preparatory periods that should be made possible. In order to receive pure information from the world of the cosmos, from spiritual energies, each person must activate their paranormal senses, through which these paranormal messages, information and invaluable knowledge are received.

There is a possibility that a person can even be in meditation for years, and not hear, see or feel anything paranormal. This is because the material world has distanced people from the source of truth, from nature, from the cosmos, so it is normal that they have become insensitive to everything that is happening in the energy sense. That’s why it takes time to restore the balance between the material and spiritual worlds, which function at different frequencies, levels and rules, in silence, in meditation.

Meditation is one of the easiest ways to establish communication with spiritual energies over time. It is not the only one, but it is one of the most well-trodden paths for the aforementioned. In meditation, in silence, with closed eyes, each person first of all lowers the frequency of their brain waves. The lower it is, the possibilities of communication with the world of the cosmos or spiritual energies become greater and more pronounced, and only then does a true journey on the spiritual path take place.

The eyes should not be open during meditation, because they hinder the very flow of meditation and all its benefits due to the multitude of events that take place when the eyes are open. Silence is also recommended, because the sense of hearing as well as the sense of sight disrupt the process of lowering the frequency of brain waves. You can compare the same with the process of sleeping. Do most people go to sleep in noise, uproar, lights or in silence, darkness, a pleasant atmosphere? The same applies to meditation.

Why can’t those who start meditating immediately experience all that we have listed so far, which is the reception of paranormal information from the world of the cosmos in the form of seeing energies, feelings or sound signals? Because everything in life needs practice on the basis of which experience is gained.

To begin with, how to choose a meditation, of which there are thousands on the planet, with as many different preparations and ways of performing meditations.

There are meditations in which the emphasis is on the position and posture of the body, or the way of breathing, or saying a certain mantra, or meditations that require a specific location for meditation, or even meditations where the guidance of a teacher, guru or leader of an organization is mandatory. Just as there are thousands of ways to prepare, let’s say, an egg when cooking, there are also thousands of ways to engage a person in meditation itself. Again, it all depends on the choice of the person themselves and on their ability to recognize perhaps the most important characteristic of meditation itself, with the question: “Is this meditation from the source of human ignorance, experiences and analysis or is this meditation from the source of spiritual energies?”

This is the huge difference, which is constantly intertwined and mentioned through Sacred Knowledge, between human ignorance and Sacred Knowledge.

Human ignorance is equivalent to human knowledge, which is full of limitations and shortcomings. Sacred Knowledge is knowledge of benefit for all living beings in the entire cosmos, without limitations and without shortcomings, precisely because they come from divine sources.

Human knowledge on the planet exists only in the form of co rrected human ignorance with the help of Sacred Knowledge. This is the shortest possible true definition for the huge differences between the aforementioned knowledge and ignorance.

How does all this affect those who want to meditate?

Imagine a person who has never dived and tries to dive 10 to 20 meters in the first training class. What would happen? It would have consequences with minor, major or catastrophic side effects. Why? Because if someone has been diving for 10 or more years, pushing the boundaries of diving depth, it can be said that they have trained their organism over time to be able to dive to greater depths without consequences, unlike those who do it among their first attempts.

Something similar can happen in meditations, which are the product of human ignorance. If a person, without experience, goes into meditation for half an hour to a couple of hours, without any previous experience or practice, damage to the functioning of the nervous system can occur, which is again explained in the “Alphabets of Spirituality” series.

If a person applies meditations, which are a recommendation of spiritual energies, they will not have side effects like the ones mentioned earlier, because these meditations were created precisely for such situations, so that everyone can apply them, without fear of any problems.

Let’s explain a little more. People who meditate for years lower their brainwave frequency to extremely low frequencies and can practice meditation even for hours without any damage to the nervous system. However, if novice meditators try to do the same, damage to the nervous system may occur. Compare it with the example of diving, and it will be easier for you to understand and accept these facts.

We are not talking here about which ones should or should not be used, but we are giving you knowledge that spiritual energies have long passed on, as a recommendation for starting meditation, and all with the aim of protecting each person from any side effects during meditation.

That’s why this topic is a little longer, so that all those interested can be educated in the right way in the beginning, and later, based on this knowledge, decide for themselves which type of meditation they will choose. The topic of this blog is not to alienate or scare people, but to properly understand how things work. If people are not educated about the numerous creations on the planet, they can experience unpleasant surprises. With alternating current, people can get many benefits, from preparing delicious food, getting lighting, heating, communication and much more. However, if people handle electricity carelessly, it can have catastrophic consequences. It is also an example for a parachute and a paratrooper. What happens to those who are trained and those who are not to handle the parachute when they jump out of the plane? The conclusion is quite clear as are the comparisons for this topic.

All in all, in this first part “Meditation for Beginners” we have presented some guidelines, and in the second part we will give you concrete advice for beginner meditators, from the way and choice of meditations, which serve only and only for well-being.

Until the next “blogger” reflection, a big hug.
